What are your terms and conditions?

By scheduling a one time or recurring service with T&T Cleaning Services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, and providing authorization to charge your credit card:

  • We take all complaints seriously. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service please call us ASAP and allow us to correct it: (203) 360-7799. Your review is very important to us and we want you to be happy.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a portion of your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and a crew will be sent back to your home to redo that area.
    Please know, we do not offer refunds or discounts so it is important you call us to remedy any situation within 24-hours.
  • We require at least 24 hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled within a week, you will be charged $50 without exceptions. Timely notice enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure our employee’s full work schedules.
  • Cleaning materials are provided by T&T Cleaning services. If you require us to use your solutions or equipment they must be safe to use and require no additional skills or training

Do you provide In-Home or Phone estimates?

We provide free, over the phone estimates. To obtain an accurate house cleaning estimate, we recommend texting your town, the number of bedrooms/baths and general square footage to (203) 360-7799. 

If you have a unique request, we recommend including a picture in your text. It is also helpful to know what type of cleaning you need (basic, deep, move out, etc). A T&T Team member will respond as soon as possible to clarify your details and provide an estimate.

What if something's damaged during a service? 

At T&T Cleaning Services, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine residential service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our residential housekeepers are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
