Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations received within 24-hours of a scheduled service (and or appointments we show up to where the door has been left locked or we are unable to gain access to the premises) will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If someone in your household is unwell with the flu or any contagious illness, we kindly request that they not be present during our appointment and that we be notified in advance so our team may take appropriate precautions. 

What if I have a dog (or other pet) that cannot leave the premises?

We ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. If we are unable to gain safe, secure access to the premises you may be subject to a fee as noted in our Cancellation Policy.

Is laundry included in house cleaning services?

Is there anything I need to do before house cleaners show up at my house?

We ask that personal belongings are picked up before we arrive, as this speeds along the cleaning process. It also ensures that your personal belongings aren’t moved somewhere you might lose them.

How often should I use house cleaning services?

Most people choose to have their house professionally cleaned weekly, biweekly. It depends on many factors, such as how busy you are, how many people live in your home, and whether you have pets.

Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?

No. The house cleaning company will provide their own cleaning supplies. 

Does the first cleaning take longer?

Yes. The first cleaning typically takes longer than following cleanings. How long the first cleaning takes will depend on how long it has been since your home received a deep cleaning.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many of our clients are not home when we clean. However, we do need permission to enter your home along with a key. If we do not have access to your home when we arrive and there is no access, we charge a fee to reschedule. If we are not able to access the premises, you may be subject to a fee as outlined in our cancelation policy.
